"It's a strange world - I seem to have found myself not even a year out of Uni as the lead developer with responsibilities that would make some people's toes curl - it's quite stressful, but at the same time amazingly rewarding - been feeling like I've been running my own business recently. We've even got our own pool table - so its not all work. It actually involves one hell of a lot of the course - there's project management which is absolutely vital - due to juggling five projects at a time and like this week getting three live in three days!! Planning the site which puts those three years of systems analysis to amazing use (I would be so lost without them) due to the OOP foundation of every project and obviously learning all that industry software was kind of a bonus."
